Transfiguration Academy H.S.A. is holding a “Funds for Fitness” event on Thursday, September 24, 2009.  Students will participate in various fun-filled activities while helping to raise funds for the school.  From hula-hoops to basketball hoops to an obstacle course and more, students will have FUN and raise funds with YOUR help and support. 

Sponsors are asked to pledge a flat fee for the student’s participation.  See attached Sponsor Sheet for further information.  Please help your child obtain sponsors by calling or

emailing family, friends and neighbors – no door-to-door.  Payment should be collected at this time.  Please return the Sponsor Sheet and money/checks collected to the school by Monday, September 21, 2009.  Checks should be made payable to Transfiguration Academy H.S.A.

                        8 sponsors and up enters students in raffle to win $40 gift card to

Toys R Us – Lower Campus!

                        8 sponsors and up enters students in raffle to win $40 gift card to

F.Y.E. – Upper Campus!

                        !!!The class to raise most funds wins a pizza party!!!

Volunteers will be needed at each campus to assist in making this event fun and successful.  If you are interested in helping, please complete the bottom portion of this letter and return it to school as soon as possible.  Volunteers will, of course, be credited service hours.  Parents are invited to come and cheer on their athletes!  Gym uniforms should be worn on this day.
