We would like to invite you to participate!!!!
The event will be open to all
families and friends of Transfiguration Academy
and
families/friends from the Parishes of St. John’s, St. Mary’s and Ascension
The First step in planning this night is food organization. According to this year’s H.S.A. contract, each family is required to donate 2 half trays of food for all to enjoy. If you are unable to donate, a $50.00 buyout is required. You will receive 3 service hours for each additional donated half-tray of food.
We will be asking for suggestions from different nationalities for main dishes, side dishes as well as desserts.
We are also asking volunteers to help chair and organize the event, set up and decorate.
School children through the leadership of Ms. Edwina Lorenzo will be providing the entertainment for the evening.
Please consider donating your time and talent to this event. Together we can make this a fun and profitable night for our children and our school.
