Dear Families of Transfiguration Academy

Transfiguration Academy H.S.A. is hosting our

1^st International Night Dinner

Saturday, February 6^th

International Night is a fundraiser devoted to Foods and Entertainment

From all around the world and will be open to all of the

Families and Friends of Transfiguration Academy

and

Families and friends from the Parishes of St. John’s, St. Mary’s and Ascension

The First step in planning this event is getting donations of food.  According to this year’s H.S.A. contract, each family is asked donate 2half trays of food for all to Enjoy. 

If you are unable to donate, there is a $50.00 buy out for the event.

You will receive 2 Service hours for each additional donated half tray

Letters will also be sent to area restaurants and businesses asking for donations as well to support for the Event.  Thank you to Siadely Meade.

Thank You to the families that have already signed up to Chair the different nationalities and to those who already signed up for their food donations

Help is also needed in setting up the day of the event and working the night of the event.  This is a great way to earn your hours towards your service contract.

Miss Lorenzo will be organizing the children from the school to provide the entertainment for the evening, details for the entertainment will provided at a later date.

Please consider donating your time and talent to this event.  Together we can make this a fun and profitable night for our children and our school
