|Basketball Summer Camp
Basketball Camp at Transfiguration Academy
Transfiguration Academy will hold Basketball Camp from June 21, 2010 to June 25, 2010.

(minimum of 25 students required for camp, so sign up now)
The cost will be $180 for full time participants and $90 for Part-time. Full-time schedule will be Monday to Friday from 9am to 4pm and Part-time from 12pm to 4pm.
The Camp will be held at the Upper Campus (New Milford Ascension Church Gym). The Camp is open to students entering 2rd Grade to 8th Grade in the fall (2010).
Bag lunch, water/sports drinks, spare clothing (socks, t-shirt), shorts, t-shirt, sneakers, and a towel are required. Flavored drinks will be available.
Fill out registration form below and send in envelope marked “Basketball Summer Camp”, (check made out to: Transfiguration Academy).
